You are solely responsible for the images you upload to the Imagiself platform. By uploading images, you affirm that you have the legal right and authority to do so, and that your use of the application complies with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not upload any content that is illegal, offensive, or violates the rights of any third party.
By submitting images to Imagiself, you retain ownership of your content. However, you grant Kriptonio Technologies a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and display the images solely for the purpose of providing the services, including training AI models and generating the requested images. We do not claim ownership of your uploaded images.
While we strive to provide high-quality results, Kriptonio Technologies makes no guarantees about the accuracy, quality, or suitability of the images generated by our AI models. The final output depends on the quality of the uploaded images and other factors outside our control. You acknowledge that the images generated may not always meet your expectations.
Users are required to pay for image generation and model training services. All payments are final and non-refundable. In case of technical issues, please contact our support team, but refunds or chargebacks are at the sole discretion of Kriptonio Technologies.
Kriptonio Technologies is not responsible for any damages, losses, or liabilities arising from your use of the Imagiself application. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Your use of the application is at your own risk.
You agree not to use Imagiself to upload, generate, or share content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. Kriptonio Technologies reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Kriptonio Technologies and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Imagiself application or your violation of these Terms and Conditions.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Imagiself platform at any time, without notice or liability, for any reason, including violation of these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Kriptonio Technologies is located, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Kriptonio Technologies reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting to our application. Your continued use of the service after such changes signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.
